Dance Review

Just some pics I took of Savannah and her class at the dance review. Sadly, we weren't too impressed with their performance. They learned the final part of the dance 4 days before they performed it. They had the same teacher all year...so it's not like they didn't have time to learn and practice it. Despite that mess...she was beautiful and it was a good growth experience for her. She also gets to go with her cousin Justyce so that makes it lots of fun for her.

Savannah's Birthday

Savannah with her cousins!
It never fails. We plan a birthday party at a park and it rains. It is so unpredictable every year for her birthday.
Taylon teaching his younger cousins how to be silly.

Savannah's beach party cake.

Savannah opening her presents.

We celebrated four birthdays that day. We gave my mom and dad a decorated binder with letters from all their kids and grandkids. They loved it!

Zoo Fieldtrip

The tiger was growling...I think he was hungry!

Savannah and friends after lunch.

Savannah and some girlfriends.

Savannah and her friend Sierra.
Since I am working more this year, I haven't got to go on any fieldtrips with my kids. So I used my last personal day to go to the zoo with Savannah and her class. It was a fun day off. I haven't been to the zoo since Savannah was in kindergarten. I used to take my kids there quite often when they were little, especially on Halloween. Life sure changes....my kids are getting too old!

Our Precious Savannah Jo

This is our Savannah. She is such a jewel to have in our home. She is in the 3rd grade and attends the same Accelerated Learning Program that Wyatt does. Her teacher is awesome and she loves school. She is such a helper around the house. She likes to go wherever mom is going, whether shopping or meetings. She does tumbling and dance each week but enjoys the tumbling more than the dance this year. We are looking forward to her dance recital in May.

My two favorite boyz

These are my two wild monkeys. They are all boy...busy, busy. Taylon is in the 7th grade and growing up way too fast. He plays soccer on a comp team and enjoys it most the time. He also enjoys scouting ..at least when they are earning badges and stuff. Oh, and when they serve 'cracker barrel'. He loves to play Runescape and Xbox.
Wyatt is in the 5th grade. He is attending an Accelerated Learning Academy and does real well in school. Unfortunately, he has the worst teacher we've ever had. He always has his nose in a book, that is if he's not playing Xbox or the computer. He is on book 6 in the Harry Potter series and started maybe two weeks ago. He played basketball this winter and loved it.
